The Confraria 242 projectby Saute Promoções Imobiliárias, located in downtown Porto Alegre, was equipped with the VicaimaPortaro ®, a ready door solution.
The exquisite interior architecture integrated flush internal doors in oak shades, and entrance doors with a more elaborate design, also in tones shades of oak and with 4 horizontal aluminum inlays.
The Confraria 242 project, carried out by Saute and MGus, recognized for the quality of their projects in real estate, integrates a complete infrastructure which includes swimming pool, fitness center, among other leisure areas.
City View Bellway Homes

Vicaima’s new Just White entrance door systems have been chosen by Bellway Homes for City View, the company’s latest landmark development in central London. All entrance doorsets have PAS 23/24 security ratings, fire ratings of FD30S and acoustic ratings of 31 db, which gives high performance without marring the doors aesthetic qualities. The doors had grooved faces for added design and all doorsets were supplied fully assembled including oak thresholds complying with DDA requirements.

For this project flush doors from the Essential Range, crossed veneer and satin finish details from the Exclusive Range and wardrobes were selected. On this development solutions such as doors with overpanels, double-leaf doors and fire resistant doors, among others, were also applied.
